We LOVED our experience here. There was no hard sale at all. We felt very listened to and that we were dealt with honestly. I have to say that if you want a salesperson who is amenable, honest, and cares about what you need go to Christian. He was literally the best car salesperson I have ever had. Cannon, the finance manager was amazing as well. We were on a tight schedule and we walked out of there with our new car in less time than expected. Truly we will not go anywhere else for our Subaru purchases!
We took our 2016 Subaru Crosstrek into this dealership for an oil change and 99k mile service check. We had a positive experience all around — I want to give a shout-out to Matt who took excellent care of us! • They were fast despite being very busy — our appt was at 8am and we were out of there by 10:15 am • They found some maintenance issues in addition the oil change that needed to be addressed and were able to fix them within a couple of hours while we waited (and worked) from their spacious waiting area • They gave us reasonable pricing (one of the issues was an expensive fix!) and provided a service special/coupon that was on their website We highly recommend and will bring our car back to Autonation Subaru next time we're in the area.
They were hopping when I got there on a Saturday...a lot of customers there to shop. I was recommended to the manager of used cars, Mo, and he didn't disappoint. I met up with Andrew and he showed me several cars and I test drove one. Wasn't quite what I was looking for so another salesperson joined us and I test drove the car I ended up purchasing. A 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I love it and am thankful for the assistance I had in finding my new dream car.
My husband and I have gotten our last three vehicles from this location. The staff is always friendly, and compared to other Subaru dealerships in the area, the prices tend to be lower. Most recently, I had scheduled an appointment with a sales rep, but he was still with another customer, so after only waiting a few minutes, Luis G. came over to get us started. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about both of the models I was interested in and didn't try to hide the potential turnoffs to either of them. I felt like with the information he provided, I was able to make the most informed decision about my purchase that I could. Because I was trading up from a fairly newer Subaru, he didn't try to over explain a lot of features I was already familiar with, but let me know I could contact him if I had any questions, and got everything set up with the service department for a couple of accessories I wanted. The only drawback to working with AutoNation is that they communicate a lot for 2-3 months after the purchase. Customer satisfaction checks and follow-ups. I'm sure many people actually enjoy it, but it's not my cup of tea. Still, it's worth it for a good price and pleasant, pressure-free car buying experience.
Cesar took care of me, when in need of a vehicle I searched a few car lots for almost two months. I called Cesar answered and stay connected with me the whole time even when I got lost on the road on my way up there! Now that’s customer service on demand! I didn’t feel rushed not even Peer pressure to buy a new vehicle that day but I did find one and purchased!! Everything went very smooth. Bought my new jeep compass from here. Very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and Ed was amazing and helped me get payments to where I needed them with no money down. He made sure I got everything I needed and was straight forward throughout the whole process. Would definitely/10 recommend this place
Had a great experience here. The sales rep, Junior, was a huge help in finding a vehicle that suited all my needs. We looked at a couple of cars before he suggested one, the 2023 Ford Edge. It was the perfect fit for me. He was able to get the interest rate down, so it worked for my budget and was just very helpful all around. Highly recommend coming here if you need a quality used vehicle.
This place is great! Zack got me in and out in the car I wanted, and Cannon wrapped everything up for me in the financing department!! The environment here is so friendly, I never felt pressured or like I was being steered towards a vehicle I didn’t want. Just overall a great experience!
